Shipping policy

We give a confirmation call when you place order, if the call is not picked, the order will be automatically cancelled in 24 hours. Please make sure you write the correct number and pickup the phone call to avoid cancellation.

The order assumes confirmed after the confirmation call and will be dispatched .

Once the order is dispatched, if customer still wants to cancel the order, he needs to pay off the delivery charges

Delivery time for main cities is within a week, however for other cities its 7-10 working days.
