Return & refund policy

RETURN OF UNOPENED PRODUCT:

We are happy to accept returns on "Unopened" products.

 

  • For unopened products which a client wishes to return, client will pay the return delivery charges.
  • If free delivery was applied on order and product is returned, the delivery charges will be recalculated on original order and adjusted in refund.
  • The amount will be refunded after we get the product back and is inspected by our warehouse team.
  •  In case product is found opened or the product packaging has been damaged by the client, it will be returned to customer with added delivery charges and KOBLISS will not take it back.

 

Damages and issues:

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

BROKEN OR DAMAGED PRODUCT:

We will also refund the full amount of the product as well as the delivery charges in case of breakage during delivery. The product will have to be sent back to us in few cases. We will refund return delivery charges as well.

In case a product is delivered to the client fully packed from the manufacturer, and product amount in it is less, there won't be any compensation in such a case.

 

Refunds

We will refund the price you have paid for the products, however please ready below further notes

If you have availed any discount during the purchases, we will only return the price you paid not the actual price of products

If you have paid any delivery cost , this will be only refundable if the products delivered to you has mistake from our side(damaged or wrong product sent from our side)

If there is no mistake from our side in your order and still you want to change the product, or just want to return it, we take returns of sealed items like which comes with seal from manufacturer and we don't refund the delivery charges .

If you want to change the product you need to send us the product, we will analyze it, if its in the same condition then we will refund the product cost.

If you cancelled the order or return the products to us, we process the refunds within 14 days from the day we received back the product,

Time period of refund credited to your account will be based on the payment method , we make refunds only via bank transfers.
